This was my idea of a perfect Mother's Day. The weather was ideal and I wanted to spend the day outdoors, having a picnic with my family. Matt suggested going to the Botanical Gardens in Athens, a place we have never been, and they were open with social distancing in place. It was peaceful, beautiful, and relaxing. We walked the gardens, had a little picnic and enjoyed being together. After the gardens, we drove a short distance to the University of Georgia. We strolled the campus and got to see Sanford Stadium, home of Georgia Bulldogs football. Ryan has yet to crossover to that team but Go Dawgs!
Thank you Matt, Ryan, and Kaitlyn for a perfect day but more importantly for making me a mom. My world is a perfect place with you in it!
