Among the many places which had to close during the shelter-in-place, hair salons was one of them. About a week after they re-opened, with health rules and recommendations in place, Matt was the first to get his haircut.
Ryan was next. I tried to convince him to grow it long but he wasn't going for it. This was probably the longest it has had ever been.
My hair dresser reached out to me as soon as she knew they could schedule clients but I held off about a month. I had not had a cut or a color since December and when the day came, I was beyond ready. L'oreal root cover can only take you so far!
Kaitlyn can go a year without a cut so she is holding off. Haircuts was not a priority but I must say, it definitely felt and despite the masks, a sense of normalcy.
