Troop 1420 has completed our Bronze Award and held our Bronze Ceremony and Celebration. The troop made bat houses for a local garden in Eastport. With some much needed assistance from Mr. Preston (Danielle's Father/Juliana's Grandfather), we were able to donate a sustainable project.
After 5 years of being a Girl Scout leader, this was the last official gathering we had since we are moving to Georgia. Many of these girls have been in this troop since Kindergarten and I am so proud of them for remaining a Girl Scout over the years. Although some days were harder than others, thanks to a great co-leader, Danielle, we made it through. I hope we were able to instill leadership, friendship and caring into the lives of these young ladies. I will certainly miss them all.
