Dear Ryan,
There is not a day that goes by you don't make us laugh! Four years old and you already are a very insightful, smart little boy. You have a memory better than mommy and daddy! We can go to a place one time and the next time we drive by remember exactly where we are. You are very active from morning to night and have had your fair share of bumps and bruises. You are fearless which scares us sometimes. This summer you have picked up right where you left off last summer in the pool. Swimming with and without swimmies, going under the water, down the slide and off the diving board. We swear you were a fish in your last life! You continue to be very affectionate and each morning begins with lots of hugs and kisses. When I ask you who your best friend is you respond "Jillian". You love your cousins! We are very fortunate to be able to spend a lot of time with them. The twin bond between you and Kaitlyn is apparent. Sometimes you understand what she wants better that us. Although she tends to be the more dominant twin, you can hold your own against her. There are daily wrestling matches as proof. You are an emotional young boy and express yourself appropriately. When you get angry you will scream or hit something but not someone (usually!). Throughout the past year, you have learned all your letters by sight and sound. You absorb everything you are taught at daycare. We are so proud of you and hope this year brings you all new adventures!
