So, it appears to be that Katie is growing up just like her brother. Ryan recently moved up in day care and made the move to sleeping on a cot. "Uh-Uh" said Katie, ""I'm the older one and I gotta show him who's boss".
Lizzie has been sleeping on a cot since this summer and right now we are starting to get her new room with her new big bed ready. She's actually going to get a double bed that is on a frame fairly low to the floor. We've installed a bed rail and right now she loves to go in the room and play. She pretends to nap on the bed. I think we are going to start doing naps on the bed in March and hopefully will move her in their full time in April. Just a little before the twins arrive!

dang them kids! Don't they know they are supposed to slow down when it comes to growing up....
As for the 'big' beds....hold off as LONG as possible... ;)

I'm curious to see what comes of this ... we've recently caught Natalie with one knee up, attempting to pull herself out of the crib.
I can't imagine them in big-kid beds yet. They'll be up for the day and in our room at 4 am on the weekends! Ouch!
Now that yours are both napping like big kids ... Katie and Ryan are leading the pack I think.
Hey, can you just move here so all the twins and Lizzie and her new baby twins can all have a play date? =)
