As with many things, Brenau has opted to delay graduation this year. As dissapointed as I am, I decided to don my cap and gown and take some photos on campus. It felt surreal to put on my cap and gown and look in the mirror. The last time I had a cap and gown on was in 1993 when I graduated high school. I never walked in my college graduations when I completed my degrees from Suffolk County Community College or University of South Alabama. I changed and walked downstairs to "Pomp and Circumstance" in my attire and regalia to my family waiting for me. Kaitlyn presented me with my diploma sent by Brenau and mom was on Facetime. We then went to campus to take photographs (before security told us we had to leave). Brenau does plan on holding graduation in May of 2021 and I will proudly be there!
