Gentle Touch
Today I saw a whole new side to my daughter. She sat for 45 minutes holding the hands of a family member who has Alzheimer's Disease. Prior to this she had only met him a handful of times but didn't recall. He was so content just sitting there with her. As we got in the car she said, "I love Uncle Charlie. He's my friend."
Yup. I'm doing something right.
