I had three requirements (wishes):
1-a garden tub
2-sidewalks
3-washer/dryer on bedroom level.
We wanted a quiet neighborhood and a community pool.
Our house search went relatively fast. We looked at several homes and most we knew right away they were not for us. Initially, we were between 2 houses in the same neighborhood. After we put an offer in on one, the sellers declined (they didn't like our mortgage company). We also decided against the other house. A few days, I found a house which had just come on market and we were able to see it. Immediately we loved it. We made an offer and, within 24 hours, the offer was accepted.
All the boxes had been checked off.
We closed on Westmoreland Court on December 6 and moved into our new home on December 14.
